Community Support Specialist

SaveKC connects each client with a dedicated Community Support Specialist who serves as a personal advocate and guide throughout their journey. These specialists work one-on-one with individuals to assess their unique needs, develop action plans, and connect them to critical support services such as employment training, substance abuse treatment, healthcare, mental health support, housing assistance, and more. By offering consistent guidance and encouragement, Community Support Specialists ensure that clients can navigate available resources effectively, remove barriers, and stay on track toward long-term stability and success.
